The Foley Police Department responded The Reserve Apartments on County Road 12, near the Expressway, for a shooting. Chief of Police Carnley stated in a press release “We can confirm that the incident has resulted in the death of one individual.
The Foley Police Department has requested the assistance of the Baldwin County Major Crimes Unit to conduct this investigation. “At this time, we have no reason to believe there is any threat to the general public”,
Chief Carnley added. “We are asking anyone with an information related to this case to contact law enforcement.”
